SN74AUP1T34DCKR is a 1-bit unidirectional voltage level translator that uses two independent configurable power rails. It is a one-way converter from A to B. The A port is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts a power supply voltage of 0.9 to 3.6V. The B port is designed to track VCCB. VCCB accepts a power supply voltage of 0.9 to 3.6V. SN74AUP1T34 is also fully suitable for partial power-off applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output to prevent the damaged current back from flowing when the device is powered off. The VCC isolation feature ensures that if the VCCA input is at GND, the B port is in a high impedance state. If the VCCB input is GND, any input on the A side will not cause leakage current or even float.
