L298P013TR ST Dual Full Bridge Driver IC in stock, original STMicroelectronics PowerSO-20 motor driver with 46V max supply voltage, 4A total DC current and 2A peak output per channel. This bipolar dual full-bridge driver accepts standard TTL logic levels and drives DC motors, stepper motors, relays and solenoids with low saturation voltage, over-temperature and current-limiting protection. It supports 4.8V to 46V load voltage and independent 5V logic supply, ideal for bidirectional motor control
