Product Description
The ADT7310TRZ-REEL7 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in a compact 8-pin narrow-body SOIC package. The device integrates a bandgap temperature reference source with a 13-bit ADC (programmable to 16-bit), providing ±0.5°C accuracy (-40°C to +105°C) and a wide temperature measurement range (-55°C to +150°C) for thermal management scenarios, such as medical equipment, environmental monitoring, and industrial control.

Default 13-bit resolution (0.0625°C), programmable to 16-bit (0.0078°C).
±0.5°C accuracy (-40°C to +105°C), ±1°C accuracy over full temperature range.
2. Wide operating range:
Supports -55°C to +150°C temperature measurement for extreme environmental applications.
3. Flexible configuration:
Provides CT/INT open-drain output pin, supports programmable temperature threshold alarm.
SPI-compatible interface, support configuration registers to adjust the operating mode.
4. Low power consumption design:
2.7V to 5.5V single supply, 210μA typical power consumption at 3.3V.
Shutdown mode current is only 2μA, support power saving mode.
