IRFB4321 is an N-channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET launched by Infineon. It adopts TO-220AB package and is designed for medium-high voltage and high current applications. With its excellent electrical performance, thermal management capabilities and reliability, it is widely used in industrial control, automotive electronics, power management and other fields.
