ESDALC6V1-5P6 is a TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode array launched by ST. It adopts SOT-23-6L package and is designed to provide ESD (electrostatic discharge) and EFT (electrical fast transient pulse group) protection for high-speed data interfaces (such as USB, HDMI, LVDS). With its low capacitance, high reliability and compact design, it is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control and automotive electronics.
Core features
1. Working voltage: The nominal voltage is 6V, which is suitable for low-voltage signal line protection.
2. Clamping voltage: At 1A current, the clamping voltage (Vcl) is 15V, which effectively suppresses transient overvoltage.
3. Capacitance value: The extremely low input capacitance (Cio) is 0.5pF (typical value), which reduces signal attenuation and ensures the integrity of high-speed data transmission.
4. Leakage current: At 6V voltage, the leakage current (Ir) is only 1μA, which reduces static power consumption.
