BAR43CFILM is a high-performance Schottky diode launched by ST. It adopts SOT-23-3 package and is designed for high-frequency and low-voltage scenarios. With its low forward voltage drop, fast switching characteristics and compact packaging, it is widely used in power management, high-frequency circuits, logic protection and portable devices.

Core features
1. Forward current and voltage: The maximum forward current is 100mA, the forward surge current can reach 750mA, and the forward voltage is as low as 330mV (@100mA), which significantly reduces energy loss.
2. Reverse voltage and recovery time: The reverse repetitive peak voltage is 30V, and the reverse recovery time is only 5ns, which is suitable for high-frequency switching scenarios.
3. Reverse current: At a reverse voltage of 30V, the reverse current is only 500nA, which enhances system reliability.
4. Operating temperature: Supports a wide temperature range of -65℃ to 150℃, adapting to extreme industrial environments.
