This is a high-performance dual-interface (UI + AUX) 6-axis MEMS motion tracking device. It features a configurable host interface supporting I3CSM, I²C, and SPI serial communication, and an AUX interface supporting SPI slave mode for connecting to an OIS controller or I²C master mode for connecting to external sensors. The device has up to 8K bytes of FIFO and two programmable interrupts. It supports the lowest gyroscope and accelerometer sensor noise in its IMU category and offers the highest stability against temperature, shock (up to 20,000g), or SMT/bending-induced offsets, as well as immunity to noise caused by out-of-band vibrations. Other industry-leading features include an on-chip APEX motion processing engine for gesture recognition, activity classification, and pedometer functionality, as well as programmable digital filters and an embedded temperature sensor.
