SKY65943-11 Low Noise Amplifier RF Front End 1.559GHz ~ 1.606GHz Galileo, GLONASS, GNSS, GPS Module with Integrated Pre- and Post-Filters 10-MCM (2.5×2.5)
1. Product Overview
SKY65943-11 is a high-performance GNSS low noise amplifier front-end module (FEM) designed for global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers. The module integrates a low noise amplifier (LNA), pre-filter (Pre-Filter) and post-filter (Post-Filter), providing high gain, low noise and anti-interference capabilities, suitable for portable devices that require stable satellite signal reception.
2. Core parameters
—Frequency range: 1559 MHz to 1606 MHz, covering GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass/QZSS bands.
—Small signal gain: 16 dB, effectively amplifying weak satellite signals.
—Noise figure: as low as 1.7 dB, improving signal clarity.
—Power consumption: only 2.9 mA when powered by 1.8 V, suitable for low-power scenarios.
—Package: 10-pin MCM (2.5 mm × 2.5 mm), RoHS-compliant, MSL3 moisture resistance level.
—Out-of-band suppression: In the 1627 MHz to 1660 MHz frequency band, the out-of-band suppression reaches 80 dBc, —Anti-cellular/PCS/WLAN interference.
—Impedance matching: Input/output impedance is internally matched to 50 Ω, reducing the need for external components.
—Power supply range: 1.62 V to 3.3 V, adaptable to a variety of power supply environments.
3. Main functional highlights
—Highly integrated: built-in LNA, pre-filter and post-filter, simplifying PCB design.
—Interference resistance: Pre-filter and post-filter provide low in-band insertion loss, effectively suppressing interference in cellular, PCS and WLAN bands.
—Low power design: 2.9 mA typical current (1.8 V), extending the battery life of battery-powered devices.
—Wide voltage support: 1.62 V to 3.3 V power supply, adapting to different system requirements.
4. Applications
—Wearable devices: smart watches, sports cameras (relying on low power design).
—UAVs: improve positioning accuracy and enhance signal stability.
—Personal navigation devices: handheld GPS receivers, optimizing performance in weak signal environments.
—IoT devices: trackers or sensor nodes that rely on stable GNSS signals.
