The ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N8R2 working environment temperature of the module with built-in ESP32-S3R8 is –40 ~ 65 °C, and the working environment temperature of other models is –40 ~ 85 °C. Please note that for R8 series modules (built-in 8-line PSRAM), if the PSRAM ECC function is enabled, the maximum ambient temperature of the module can be increased to 85 °C, but the available capacity of PSRAM will be reduced by 1/16.
