The official repair manual requires:

1. Constant temperature soldering iron (350-400 degrees): The pointed soldering iron head is used for soldering small chips such as chip resistors and capacitors.
2. Hot Air Gun: used for chip removal and welding. Be careful not to heat for a long time to avoid blistering of the PCB.
3. APW3 power supply (output 12V, maximum 133A): used for computing board testing and measurement.
4. L3+ Test Fixture
5. Flux, board washing water plus absolute alcohol: board washing water is used to clean up the flux residue and appearance after maintenance.
6. Tin Tool, Solder Paste: When replacing a new chip(BM1485), the chip must be tinned.
7. Black thermal glue (Glue): re-fixing the heat sink after repair.
