TQP9111 is a highly integrated, high-performance RF amplifier that uses advanced semiconductor technology and surface mount packaging, with a compact structure and excellent electrical performance. The amplifier is suitable for wireless communication bands from 1.8 GHz to 2.7 GHz and is widely used in wireless infrastructure such as repeaters, boosters, distributed antenna systems (DAS), pico base stations and macro base stations.
